Earlier in the year, we donated fabric to go towards a charity quilt.
Elaine Murray of the ‘Craft Nest’ group from Crows Nest, brought the finished quilt top in to show us her creation.
It’s AMAZING isn’t it!
The group have decided to donate the quilt to the Toowoomba Hospice to raffle.
Well done ladies!

Here are 2 magnificent quilts, with both materials purchased in store.
Gay-Maree completed her queen quilt top away at the Toowoomba Quilters Retreat Weekend. She used fabrics form a range, currently still in stock, “Empress Bouqet”.
Another absolutely fabulous quilt, made by Sandy, consists of gorgeous “Loralie” Designs masquerade, machine embroided onto black Bella Solids and put together using the Quilt-as-you-go method.
We are glad to see Sandy finally finish her stunning creation!

Look what arrived today - 3 new patterns from Bronwyn Hayes. Grab your’s now and start making for Christmas (which is creeping up VERY fast!)
This one has some nice cones which are such a nice gift when filled with homemade goodies.
There are 4 designs - Santa, Snowmen, Christmas trees, and an angel.
The pattern is called Jingle Cones.
Last Christmas, Bronwyn had a design called Christmas Baskets… this year, she’s done a similar project called Christmas Buckets and includes 2 stitchery designs - Santa and Rudolph and The Party Girls.
This would make a nice gift filled with homemade goodies.
As you can see, this one is called The Hot Pad Shuffle and has 3 different designs.
There’s Cupcake Girl, Plum Pudding Girl and Sewing Girl.
The Plum Pudding Girl is also adapted for a teatowel.
Aren’t they fun?! These would make fabulous gifts or a fun way to jazz up Christmas at your house!
